I’m honored to be invited to show this painting, Everything immediately give me pause from my series All the Susannas at the Religion and Violence symposium at Leeds University on the 8 & 9 October, 2025.

The series takes its name from a years long investigation into the story of Susanna and the Elders and its representation in art, its immense popularity as a wedding gift, and a moral and gendered lesson.
